Ivan has been on stage his entire life, performing in every way imaginable, from musical theatre to orchestras. When he wasn't on stage or in front of a camera, he was behind the camera, from photography to film and videography, capturing the beauty that he found in this world, and sharing it through writing about his own evolution and unique observation of this life and existence in a blog for over ten years. This obsession with figuring things out led to studying Zen most his adult life and working with deeper spirituality, which casually progressed into plant medicines and becoming a Kambô practitioner through the Matsés, deep in the Peruvian Amazon. All of this naturally transformed into documenting healing journeys all over the world.

He is currently living in Omaha, Nebraska, with his beautiful little family so his two girls can have a healthy school and growing up experience.
